Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products.

Features:

The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for shaping aluminum modules, significantly enhancing the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.

It is supported by a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine featuring a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold, enabling large-scale, stable extrusion.

The modules exhibit good interchangeability. The aluminum forming module is constructed with LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material containing at least 5% copper. Utilizing precision pressure casting process, the high-density material is free from light pores and resistant to deformation during long-term use. Various module waveform schemes can be customized according to user requirements.

Additionally, the machine is complemented by an automatic DWC cutter with computer control for accurate cutting position, stable operation, and user-friendly interface for ease of operation.
